Kristina Zagarina is a Ukrainian composer, the member of the Unity of Composers of Ukraine. Among her works: works for films, performances, advertisements, vocal-instrumental music, works for choirs and orchestras, popular songs in the style of soul and jazz.

She had studied at the Musical Academy (conservatory) in Kiev as a composer and a Musical College as a conductor.
Her song "The Prayer for Ukraine" which became a hymn for every Christian was written in 1993.
